1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the fd33 platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. fd33's Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between fd33 and the user. fd33 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes in a timely manner. The most recently updated Terms & Conditions shall be considered the version in effect.

2 Account & Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account with fd33:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. fd33 strictly prohibits gaming by minors.
• Each individual may only operate one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• You are required to provide your correct name, phone number, and mobile banking number during registration.
• Keep your account username and password strictly confidential. Granting access to third parties is not permitted.
• Fd33 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Payments

The following payment methods are currently available on fd33:

• bKash Deposits are accepted from both personal and merchant numbers.
• Nagad Instant deposit is available and active.
• Rocket Deposits can be made via Dutch-Bangla Bank's Rocket service.

The minimum deposit is BDT 200 and the maximum deposit limit is set by fd33. You must use your own mobile banking account when making a deposit — deposits from third-party numbers are not accepted.

Funds must be sent to the specific payment number designated by fd33. fd33 is not responsible for money sent to an incorrect number. Once a deposit is confirmed, it is typically credited to your wallet within 3–5 minutes.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when making withdrawals from fd33:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile banking number used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The required wagering conditions for each bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day; however, each request will be processed separately.
• In cases of suspicious activity, fd33 may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been fulfilled.

• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in all bonuses being voided and the account suspended.
• For referral bonuses, the bonus will be credited after the referred person makes their first deposit.

6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Fd33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Submitting false information during KYC verification.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon your own request — any member may close their account at any time.

If you wish to close your account, please notify the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, where no conditions apply.

• In the event that a game session is interrupted due to a loss of internet connection.
